Taste in coffee

Do you know how many types of taste on coffee? There are several number types of coffee and each of them has different testes. Sometimes the quality determines the testes of coffee. However, I’m not going to write about the quality or types of coffee. I want to tell you all about the types of testes in coffee. But remember, the testes in coffee also determines the content of what you drink. There are several number and they are;

1. Acid

Coffee contains an organic acid cause its flavor a bit acidity.

2. Bitter

A primary taste characterized by the solution of caffeine, quinine and certain alkaloids. This taste is considered desirable up to a certain level and is affected by the degree of roast brewing procedures.

3. Sweet

Coffee also contains sucrose or fructose which is commonly associated with sweet aroma descriptors such as fruity, chocolate and caramel.

4. Salt

In some coffee there is sodium chloride.

5. Sour

This basic taste descriptor refers to an excessively sharp, biting and unpleasant flavor (such as vinegar or acetic acid). It is sometimes associated with the aroma of fermented coffee

Actually you can determine the testes of coffee by determine the color and the smell of the coffee. But for these topics, I will post them soon.
