I remember I had heard about people designing some spectacular designs in their coffee foam, but I have never actually seen the outcome. I decided to do a typical Google search and found this amazing site.

Doing a little more research I found out it’s respectively called “Latte Art”.

You can almost smell it. Sitting on the porch watching the sunrise, sipping your favorite roast of java. Reading the morning paper, responding to morning emails, just enjoying the smooth, rich taste of that delectable cup of coffee. How it awakens the senses.
I like to enjoy my coffee when relaxing on the porch in the morning. I like the feeling of the sun mixed with the sweet aroma of coffee. There is a no better start to my day. It helps keep me awake, productive, and satisfied in the AM hours. I’m able to complete the morning’s readings, send and receive emails, and other various tasks. If you are like me, coffee is almost a necessity.
How do you enjoy your first cup of coffee and what do you do?

There are various resources of coffee history.
The first one is mentioned in coffee history legend. According to the legend, an Arabian named Kaldi found bright red cherries shrub. Kaldi realized his goat became hyperactive after eating the red “cherries” from a certain plant when they changed pastures. This shrub was causing peculiar euphoria and he found the red cherries have very powerful effect after tried it. The effect discovered and exploited by monks by local monastery. They used the effect of red cherries to stay awake during extended hours of prayer and distributed to other monasteries around the world.
Another resources from botanical evidence stated that coffee began on the plateaus of Ethiopia and brought to Yemen in 6th century. This proved by introduction of the first coffee houses in Cairo and Mecca coffee became a passion rather than just a stimulant. The Galla tribe used coffee before, but not as a drink. They would wrap the beans in animal fat as their only source of nutrition while on raiding parties. However, the Turks country was the first country adopt it as a drink.
